    1. It was just Kegged Monday, and stuck in on 10psi, so it's too early to tell. I'll know by next week

    2. Aha! Didn't think of that. Im Really looking forward to hearing about it. BTW, I read on the forum that you did the dryhopping in 2 batches? why did you do this? and did you just add the second batch of hops on top of the other or did you move it to another carboy in between?

    For your IRS and Pumpkin beer I suggest taking a look at recipes from Jamil's classic styles book. I've brewed both from his book and they have turned out fantastic. At the very least they are a good starting point. On the IRS, his recipe comes across as a little too much chocolate. When I make it again I plan on toning down the chocolate a touch and trying to increase the roasted/coffee flavors. I will admit my IRS didn't quite finish as low as I wanted so it's possible that with a little more sugar removed it could bring out some roast flavor.
